Traditionally we’ve launched into January with some sort of challenge but this year we’re steering a different direction. Why? Because we believe true well-being extends beyond the confines of a 30-day hustle.
This year, we're introducing ‘The 1% Club’ — a challenge that flips the script on the norm. Consistency isn't just a goal; it's a core tenet of true wellness. Did you know that only 23% of adults meet the recommended guidelines for aerobic and strength-training activities? This challenge is our rallying cry for a lifestyle of unwavering commitment, where fitness seamlessly intertwines with your life. We're not just training for a month; we're training for life.
The Goal
Log 205 workouts throughout the year (approximately 4.25 workouts per week) and earn the exclusive "1% Club" T-shirt. It's not just a shirt; it's a badge of honor.
Every 1% Club member is entered in for a grand prize at the end of 2024—a Volta Prize package loaded with swag, protein, creatine, and more!
